


Healthy & Tasty Bitter Gourd Fritters /Karathe Podi Hagalakayi Chips

1/2kg Bitter gourd
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup Maida
2 -1/2 tbsp red chilli powder ๐As per ur spicy & taste
Peanut size Hing /asafoetida
little Haldi powder
Salt
Add required water & paste it
Oil for deep fry
Method

Wash & Clean bitter gourd well. Then slice into any shapes like long cut, or thinly round.Then sprinkle salt & Haldi give rest for 10 mins than squeeze it .
Take a bowl add rice flour and maida along with Salt to taste ,red chilli powder & hing / asafoetida . sprinkle water make it thick past โฆNow apply paste to Bitter gourd nicely Coat from all side.Marinate for half hour. Then deep fry in hot oil till golden brown Crispy. Serve hot with Rice as Side Dish.๐๐๐You can store this for 1 week in air tight container…
