๐Ÿ’Eggless ๐ŸŽ‚ Soft & Spongy Chocolate Cake ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅง๐Ÿ‘Œ Happy Birthday Pilla ๐ŸŽŠ

Today is Shashank’s birthday. Since it is Gauri pooja, we cannot eat nonveg. So I have baked a #Simple, yet yummy #Eggless_Cake ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿง๐Ÿฅง๐Ÿฐ.

Ingredients

2 cups Maida
1/4 cup coco power,
3/4-1 cup powder sugar as per ur taste.
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanila essence
3rs pack Nescafe coffee powder
1 pinch salt
butter paper

Covering & Decoration.. Cake

1 cup sugar syrup
2 cup whipped cream whisk
chocolate flavour 4 to 5 tbsp ๐Ÿ’HERSHEY’S Syrup
1 tbsp some vermicilli rainbow ๐ŸŒˆ Sugar chocolate Balls

Here I used ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—
Aluminium pan and ring stand

๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‘‡Method

Line a cake tin with butter paper. Grease oil Set aside.

Now 1 cup powered sugar, 1/2 oil cup, & mix well to make it smooth liquid.

Take a mixing bowl. Sieve maida, coco powder Nescafe coffee powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt & sift dry ingredients mix well 1 cup milk little at a time make smooth batter without no lumps mix well add 1/4 tbsp / few drops vanilla essence if the batter is thick add milk mix well.

preheated aluminium Pan for 10 minutes on medium flame pour better in the centre of the cake tin batter tap a little release air bubbles and spread the batter now better is all ready to be baked keep cake tin in the preheated Aluminium pan let it bake for 35 minutes on slow flame after 35mins Toothpick inserted into center of the cake ๐ŸŽ‚ should be clean. Else cook for further 10 minutes. Keep it some time rest for 10 mins than Use a knife to loosen the cake ๐ŸŽ‚ at the edges of the tin. Then cover the tin with a plate and invert it. Tap slightly if needed to remove the cake.. ๐ŸŽ‚ ๐Ÿ‘‰Remove the lining paper.๐Ÿ‘ˆ

For the Topping ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡Option
Take a bowl add 1 cup whipped cream whisk it well for 15 minsโ€ฆdivide the cake into 3 or 2 parts brush some sugar syrup put a layer of the whipped cream put a layer of on the top whipped cream and for chocolate flavour spread sweet like the classic taste of ๐Ÿ’HERSHEY’S Syrup. With the easy squeeze bottles you can apply on top of the cake .make it flower on the topโ€ฆ sprinkle some vermicilli rainbow ๐ŸŒˆ Sugar chocolate covering & decoration..
