Baby corn 🌽 Manchurian dry similar to any other manchurian recipe, . this recipe is dry version without gravy and is mainly prepared as party starters or even as appetiser. however this baby corn manchurian dry is popularly served as side dish to fried rice or noodles.

💁Ingredients

2 pack💁 baby corn 🌽
3 cups hot water, to soak boil corn
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4cup maida flour
2tbps rice flour
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

💁Other Gravy Ingredients

3 tsp oil
2 clove ginger garlic, finely chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1/4 cup Capsicum cubes
2 onion, finely chopped + 1 roughly chopped cubes onions
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
1 tbsp cornflour mix water
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves

💁Method

Firstly, in a pan add baby corn 🌽 in 3 cups hot water boil it for 5 minutes. Drain out the water from corn and transfer to bowl.

further add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, maida, 2 tsp chilli powder and salt to taste.combine all the ingredients well adding a tbsp of water if required.further, deep dry in hot oil.stir occasionally, and fry till baby corn turns crisp.drain out the fried baby corn and keep aside.

Now in a large kadai, heat 3 tsp oil and saute 2 clove ginger garlic finely chopped & green chillies chopped further add 2 onions & Capsicum saute well.additionally add 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and salt to taste. keeping the flame high.add 2 tbsp cornflour mix with water add the saucepan mix all the ingredients well.Add in 🍟 fried baby corn 🌽 and mix well.

Finally, garnish  baby corn 🌽 with finely chopped coriander leaves & Lemon 🍋 Wedges…ready to serve Baby Corn 🌽 Dry Manchurian . It will go well with schezwan fried rice or veg fried rice enjoy .
