

Mushroom Coconut Based Curry
This 🍄 mushroom curry has a nice coconut flavor. This tastes great with Chapati/ Roti or Paratha. 😋Do try and let me know how it turns.
💁Ingredients
200 gm Mushroom 🍄 Cleaned and chopped into 2- 4 pieces
1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Handfull ✊ chopped coriander leaves
💁Ingredients for Mushroom Masala
1 cup 🥥 grated coconut
3- 4 guntur red chillies + 5 Byadagi red chillies
1tbsp dry roast coriander seeds
1 small size roughly chopped raw onion
4-6 raw garlic cloves
Salt to taste
💁For Seasoning
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
2 finely chopped onions
💁Method
Dry roast Coriander seeds & guntur red chillies + 5 Byadagi red chillies. Grind to a smooth paste along with coconut, roughly chopped raw onion & raw garlic.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and let them crackle add Onions saute when it becomes translucent add 🍄 mushroom , chopped 1/2 cup raw onions and 2 medium size chopped tomatoes add 1 cup water & turmeric powder. Stir it for a minute. Cover and cook for few minutes till mushroom , onions and tomatoes softens.
Add the ground masala paste and add required salt. Cook till the oil separates . Sprinkle coriander leaves on top. Switch off the gas . Serve With Chapati/Roti or Paratha
