

🍅 Tomato Soup 🥣 Same Like A Restaurant Taste
Tomato 🍅 soup Good Appetizer before lunch. Very easy and quick My Style Tomato Soup recipe No Corn Flour yet so tasty. This soup is very good if you are suffering from cold, fever or the flu. Simple to make & easy to digest. perfectly thick and full of nutrition. One can make with very few and easily available ingredients . Serve this silk smooth, creamy and rich with flavours full soup with bread 🍞 crumbs.
💁Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
5 – 6 clove garlic
2 small onions roughly sliced
4-5 tomatoes 🍅
6 -7 Cloves
1 tbsp pepper us per urs spicy
1 small stick cinnamon
Salt to taste
2 tbsp sugar
💁1tbsp Maggi hot & sweet tomato 🍅 sauce Here I used this Maggi sauce 💁Optional for good taste like a restaurant style soup .
💁Method
Cook the tomatoes 🍅 along with 3 cup of 💦 water add garlic,cinnamon stick, cloves, pepper and onions. Cover and cook the tomatoes for 15 mins until they become soft & mushy.After 15 mins, turn off the stove and let the mixture cool down.
once the heat relases, open the lid .💁Remove cloves, cinnamon Don’t use this to grind only for flavor 💁only we need pepper ,onions & garlic to graind cool the mixture completely.
Peel tomato 🍅 skin and transfer the cooked tomato, pepper & garlic .blend to smooth paste without adding any 💁extra water.
Transfer the prepared paste into kadai add butter along with leftover water from cooked tomato 🍅 little water to make required consistency mix well add 1 tbsp Maggi hot and sweet tomato sauce adjusting the consistency as required.add salt to taste. Add sugar to balance the flavours and Boil for 5 minutes or till the soup aromas finally, Ready to serve .
Take the soup in 🥣 bowls put some butter, a pinch of pepper powder and some bread 🍞 pieces / crumbs fried in ghee. Soup is ready to serve.
