


Today’s Simple Lunch
Rice ,Kulitha saru upkari/ Horse Gram Kadhi Seasoning With Crushed Garlic With Potato Happolu / Papad , Simple Dal Fry & Potato Upkar/ Stir Fry
💁Ingredients
6-7 potatoes 🥔
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds & 1/4 cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp hing powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Few curry leaves
Handfull ✊ chopped coriander leaves
💁Method
Wash, peel the skin of potatoes 🥔& cut into pieces Triangular shape 💁not too thin or too thick💁wash them in water. Drain the water completely, apply salt & keep it aside for 10mins.
Now take a pan. Add oil mustard seeds & cumin seeds splutter it. Now make it slow the gas flame, add hing powder, red chilli powder & turmeric powder, curry leaves add ✊squeeze it properly chopped Potatoes 🥔 & mix well. Cook under cover on low flame 💁 do not add water 💦 until soft & potatoes 🥔are roasted in golden brown . Add salt if required. Add chopped coranider leaves. Turn off the flame. Serve hot with Rice & Daali Thoy or Curd Rice
