💁Ingredients
8 -10 / 1/2 kg Bajji Chilli
1 Cup Gram Flour / Besan
4 -5 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tbsp Hing
1/2 tbsp zeera power
1 🤏Pinch Black salt
1/4 tsp Amchoor powder
Oil for deep fry
💁Other Ingredients for Topping
1/2 Cup Onion Finely chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 tsp Lemon 🍋 Juice
2 -3 tbsp Maggi hot and sweet tomato 🍅 sauce.
💁Method
First take chillies..Wash and dry the bajji chilli with a towel. Slit the chilli length wise and remove the seeds💁 optionl
from the green chillies.
Now mix it all dry masala powers like 👉 zeera power, Amchoor powder & pinch of black slat mix it well… Apply this mixture to Slit🌶️🌶️Chilli’s first keep aside.
In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt & hing mix well. Add water 💧 little by little and make it to a 👉thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan, When the oil is hot take one by one🌶️🌶️ chilli and dip in the bajji batter and coat it nicely and then gently drop it in the hot oil…Fry the bajji in medium flame till it becomes golden brown and becomes crispy too. Remove from pan and place it in tissues paper to drain excess oil.
Ready To Serve Hot Hot Crispy Mirchi Bajji as it is.
💁Here i used topping 😘👌🌶️🌶️I made the regular mirchi bajji which is not 💁spicy. So I topped them with spicy green chutney, grated carrot, chopped onions, maggi hot and sweet tomato 🍅 sauce and a few drops of lemon 🍋 juice. Yumm..

Tandoori Green Chutney is usually served in restaurant along with dip for Kebabs, Fish 🐟 or Veg or Non Veg Grills Dishes.
💁Ingredients
✊ handfull / 1 bunch Coriander leaves
4 -6 petals pudina
6 -8 Green chillies as per ur spicy
3-4 pods Garlic
1🤏 inch Ginger
1 tbsp Lemon 🍋 juice
Rock salt as per taste
1🤏 inch Black salt
Little Water
💁Method
In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves & pudina along with green chillies, ginger, garlic & black salt & normal salt blend into a smooth paste. If needed add 1 – 2 tbsp of water, here I added only 1tbsp. Add lemon 🍋 juice, mix well and adjust the salt according to your taste. Ready to Serve with Kebabs or any other veg – Non veg Grilled Dishes.
Transfer into an airtight glass jar and can store it in the fridge up to 💁1weeks. Enjoy this delicious spicy green chutney with favourite Non veg, Snacks & Sandwiches. 😋🤗
