



Tasty & Juicy Softy Spicy Chicken Kebab🐓🐔🐥🐤🐣🍗With Spicy Green Chutney
💁Ingredients
1kg Chicken🐔 cut into medium pieces with leg 🍗 piece
2 -3 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp corn flour 1/4 cup curd
2 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tbsp Garam masala power,
salt to taste
1 tbsp crushed kasuri mathi
1 pack chicken 65 kabab masala
Oil for deep fry
Few curry leaves
💁Method
Spicy Softy chicken kebab
Take a bowl and mix all of the mentioned ingredients👉except oil & curry leaves 👈and allow to marinate for 3-4 hrs or overnight.
Then heat oil in a pan, deep fry put them in and when one side gets brown and crusty, turn the pieces over and let the other side get cooked on medium high heat.
The marinated chicken pieces need to be cooked till they turn golden brown. Add curry leaves fry few seconds.
Pat dry the fried chicken pieces with tissue paper to remove excess oil.

🤗😋💁Green Chutney For Tandoori Kebabs & Fish 🐟 Fry
Tandoori Green Chutney is usually served in restaurant along with dip for Kebabs, Fish 🐟 or grills dishes.
Ingredients
✋ handfull / 1 bunch Coriander leaves
4 to 6 petals pudina
6 to 8 Green chillies as per ur spicy
3 pods Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 tbsp Lemon 🍋 juice
Rock salt as per taste
1 inch Black salt
1/2 cup Curd
Little Water
💁Method
In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves & pudina along with green chillies, garlic, ginger, salt, Black salt & curd blend into a smooth paste. If needed add 1or 2 tbsp of water, here I added only 1tbsp.Add lemon 🍋 juice, mix well and adjust the salt according to your taste.Ready to Serve with Kebabs or any other Grilled Dishes..Transfer into an airtight glass jar and can store it in the fridge up to 💁1weeks.Enjoy this delicious spicy green chutney with favourite Non veg, Snacks & Sandwiches. 😋🤗
