




Boiled Egg Masala Stuffed Paratha My kids Favorite With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
3 -4 boiled eggs 🥚🍳
2 medium size chopped onion
1 medium size grated carrot 🥕
2 Chopped green chillies optional
Handfull ✊ of coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp Maggie magic masala
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp jeera powder
1/2 tbsp Egg Masala power
1/4 tbsp garam masala
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
1/4 tbsp chat masala powder
chillies Paste
1/2 tbsp 🍋 lemon
salt to taste
2 cup Wheat flour 🌾
Salt to taste
Required water to make a dough
Oil
3 tbsp Butter 🧈
💁Method
In a bowl add boiled and grated eggs 🥚 and add red chilli powder, Maggi magic masala powder ,coriander powder, jeera powder , Egg Masala power garam masala , Pepper Power , chat masala & salt to taste.
💁As per u r spicy & taste u can add the masala powders .
💁Now add 2 finally chopped onions , chopped green chilli or paste & chopped coriander leaves, few drops lemon & grated 4 eggs 🥚mix this in spoon well..💁don’t use ur hand ✋ egg yellow yolks get it smashy…
In a bowl add whole wheat flour, salt, oil, water, mix it like a soft dough rest for 1hour ⌚Divide the dough into equal portions, Roll out into small circles like pure and stuff the egg mixture and seal it and roll them.Apply ghee or oil shallow fry the paratha on both sides till golden brown colour…Ready to serve with hot hot 🥚#Egg_Paratha top Loaded With Tomato Sauce, Mayonnaise & Fresh Curd.
