Snake Gourd Ring Fritters /Poddale Podi Delicious, Health Simple & Yummm πŸ˜‹

1 tender Snake gourd /Poddale
4 tbsp Rice flour
2-3 tbsp maida
peanut size Asafoetida
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 cup of water πŸ’§ make it thick past
Oil for deep fry

Method

Scrape the white skin of snake gourd /Poddale .Wash well and πŸ‘‰cut into thin slices as shown in pic.

Take a bowl add all ingredients Rice flour ,maida, peanut size Asafoetida power, red chilli powder and salt to taste .add water πŸ’§ make it thick past now add Snake gourd /Poddale mix it nicely…

Heat oil in kadai. Once oil hot reduce the flame Then Put this sliced ring Snake Gourd / Podal Fry them till Crispy…. Ready to serve as a sides…. With Dal / Dalitoy rice…. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹.
