Brined Wild Jackfruit / Ber Halasu / Paasponus Gojju
Paasponus Gojju Made With Brined Wild Jackfruit. This semi-solid Gojju is a one of my favorite. Paasponus is a small Jackfruit variety fruit which has tiny seeds which bear a very sweet flavour when its ripe..
💁👇Ingredients
1/2-1 piece Paasponus
1 cup fresh grated 🥥coconut 6-7 Roasted red chillies
3-4 raw garlic bulb / clove
little Tamarind / Salted raw ambo / Mango 🥭 you can use for this gojju. Since I didn’t have salted raw Mango 🥭 I used tamarind up to ur choice ..
Drizzling a little 2tbsp raw coconut 🥥 oil on top is Optional…
If required add Salt to taste
💁👇Method
I soaked Paasponus in plain water for about half an hour and changed water 2-3 times to 💁 dilute the salt content in them.
Grind coconut , tamarind, Roasted red chillies , raw 3-4 garlic bulb / clove grind a 💁coarse paste 💁add little water.. Do not add to much of water.
Note 💁Don’t add salt without checking.
Now add Paasponus moisture in the Paasponus soaked salted water would be sufficient 💁to this paste & just 💁pulse the mixer a 2-3 times. Make sure do not grind it to 💁 paste. You should be able to see 👀a few 👁️ Paasponus as is. That is the texture we want for a paasponus gojju transfer it into a wide bowl.
Drizzling a little raw coconut 🥥oil on top . Have it with hot hot rice …as a side dish with Dalitoy.
Wonderful and best
