

Potato Podi / Crispy Fritters
Ingredients ππ
3 big size Potatoes π₯
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Besan/Gram flour
1- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
π€Pinch of Hing /Asafoetida
Salt to taste
Method π To Prepare Batter
Wash n peel the skin of potatoes and cut into thin slices in a water keep aside.
In a Bowl mix rice flour,maida & Besan ,hing,salt ,red chillie power water and make a smooth batter like dosa consistency.
Dip the potato in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till light brown.Ready to Serve Hot Hot Potato π₯ Podi.. ππ€π
All time hit podi, anytime can be eaten, you made supper thin podi π€€π€€
