3 big size Potatoes πŸ₯”
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Besan/Gram flour
1- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
🀏Pinch of Hing /Asafoetida
Salt to taste

Method πŸ’ To Prepare Batter

Wash n peel the skin of potatoes and cut into thin slices in a water keep aside.

In a Bowl mix rice flour,maida & Besan ,hing,salt ,red chillie power water and make a smooth batter like dosa consistency.

Dip the potato in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till light brown.Ready to Serve Hot Hot Potato πŸ₯” Podi.. πŸ˜‹πŸ€—πŸ‘Œ
