Spicy Dry Kala Chana Masala

💁👇👇Ingredients

1 cup kala chana /chick peas soaked overnight
3 tbsp oil & 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds & 1 slit green chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp dried mango powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds powder
salt to taste

Method

Take a pressure cooker add soaked kala chana, 4 to 5 slit green chills, few drops oil add enough water in a pressure cooker cook for 3 to 5 whistles keep aside…

Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. 👉Discard the green chillies and drain out the chana Keep aside.

Heat the oil in a deep pan and add the cumin seeds.When the seeds crackle, add the onions, tomatoes 🍅 ginger and garlic and saute on a medium flame for 2 minute or till the tomato turn smash.. Add the garam masala, chilli powder, dried mango powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, salt and just add 1/4 cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add the chana, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Add coriander leaves mix well Mash the few chana once lightly with a help of a masher. Give it nicely mix & Ready to serve…😋👌
