



Evening Snacks Crispy Onion Pakoda With Hot Hot Coffee☕
Today I m Sharing one of My favourite Crispy Onion Pakoda
💁👇Ingredients
4 to 6 medium size Onions, finely thin sliced
1/2 cup Gram Flour /Besan Flour
2tbsp Rice Flour
5-7 Curry Leaves chopped
2 chopped green chillies
1tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp whole coriander seed roughly crushed
2 tbsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves
Oil, for deep frying
Salt to taste
👇💁Method
Take sliced onion in a large bowl. Add Curry leaves, red chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds,green chillies , chopped coriander leaves and salt.Mix well using hand ✋ and keep aside for 5 minute .👉Onions leave At this stage add gram flour, rice flour water…. If u required than only add water 2 tbsp 👈and mix all the ingredients that sliced onion is coated well with flour. 👉Do not add more water unless required if batter becomes too watery or thin then pakodas will not turn 💁crispy.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium flame. Check whether oil is sufficiently hot for deep frying. Take small portion of mixture in the hand 🤏 and gently drop small fritters into the oil and deepfry until they turn golden brown in color keep stirring occasionally in between so that they cook evenly and keep flame to medium.Take them out drain excess oil. Place them on tissue paper in a plate to absorb excess oil. Ready to Serve With Tomato Sauce..
