Shavige Payasa Vermicelli Kheer

Ingredients

1 litre milk
1 cup vermicelli shavige
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp badam power
2 to 5 tbsp ghee
12 cashewnut halved
4 to 6 Badam
3 to 4 Cloves
Cardamom powdered

Method

Take a pan Roast the Vermicelli to a brown in one tbsp of ghee. Add water & Cloves cook till half done . Now Add it into the boiling milk . and the tbsp of ghee and allow to boil on a slow flame till the Vermicelli is cooked. Add Cardamom powder & sugar & badam power Stir and keep boiling on a Sim flame for five minutesโ€ฆAdd Roast cashew & badam Ready to Server .
