Ingredients

To grind Vada👇👇

1 cup Bengal Gram / Chana Dal
3 tbsp finally chopped coconut
6 to 8 Green Chillies as per ur spicy
1 inch Ginger piece
Salt to taste

Others Ingredients
1 tbsps Rice flour 💁do not add more rice flour it’s get very hard vada
✊handfull of bunch coriander leaves finely chopped
Few Curry Leaves

Method

To grind batter

Soak chana dal for 1 1/2 ⏰⏰hour.Drain the excess water from the dal and keep aside.

In a mixer grind half the quantity of soaked bengal gram / Chana Dal , ginger & green chillies grind ingredients to a 👉coarse paste👈Do not add water. The moisture in the lentils would be sufficient👈to this paste,add the remaining soaked lentils and just 👉pulse the mixer a 2 times. Make sure to not grind it to paste.You should be able to see a few 💁whole lentils as is. That is the texture we want for a crispy Ambode..Transfer it into a wide bowl.add chopped 👉opinion onion 👈 today here I not used optional Dil Leaves mix well ingredients…. Now add few chopped cocount piece, Coriander leaves, few Chopped curry leave , rice flour, and Mix well .Taste it & Adjust salt n spice level…

To make vadas patties
Place oil in a kadai on medium high flame.ake a lemon 🍋 size ball of the mixture and pat them onto the greased palm of your hand ✋ and shape them ..

When the oil is hot. At a time you can leave 5 to 6 vadas depending on the size of your kadai . 👉 Do not overcrowd them👈Cook it on a medium heat until golden brown on both the sides.Drain it on a tissue paper .Ready to Serve the Masala Vada hot hot with some tomato 🍅 sauce ..😋👌💞
