



Veg Mayonnaise in 5 mins
In Mixi 3 Flavour of Eggless Mayo…
For eggless Mayonnaise
1 cup milk 💁chilled milk
1 cup oil
1/2 tbsp mustard power
1 tbsp pepper powder
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp salt
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp hot & sweets maggi tomato sauce
11/2 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp green chutney
Method
In a mixi,take full 1 cup chilled milk and add 💁 1/2 cup oil , mustard powder ,pepper powder ,sugar and salt. Pulse & blend for 8 to 10 second .now the milk & oil mixture has thicken.then again add remain 3tbsp oil ,add vinegar close and pulse for 10 few more second. Again add 2 tbps oil Close and pluse 5 more seconds. now the mixture has thickened even further. Do not add full cup of oil first at a time only add little by little…further add 3 more tbsp oil pulse for 5 seconds. the mixture will turn to very thick and creamy . Finally enjoy Eggless Mayonnaise is Ready.
💁For Spicy Red Mayonnaise
2 Chilli flakes
1 tbsp tomato sauce
💁For Green Herb’s
Mayonnaise
Handfull ✊of coriander leaves
3 garlic flakes
4 to 5 petals mint leaves
1 inch ginger
3 chopped green chili
In a blender add all ingredients add little water make it smooth paste.
When the Mayonnaise get ready. You can divide into 3 portions & add Red Sipcy & Green Herb’s chunety & mix it very well .Seal it tightly & You u Store it for 1 week to 15 days in refrigerator🤗💁
