๐๐๐๐๐A quick easy and tasty starter baby corn 65 or Tea time snackโฆโ๐ต
Ingredients

1/2 kg Baby corn
2 cup water
1/4 tbsp salt to taste
Other ingredients for the batter๐๐๐๐
1/4 cup maida
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chat masala powder
1/4 tbsp gram masala power
few finally chopped curry leaves
1/4 tbsp Kasuri methi crushed
1/2 cup water
oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Method
Take a pan add 2 cup of water ๐ง make it boil add ๐ cut one by 2 โฆ..cut middle half 1/2 pieces baby corn cook 3 to 5 minsโฆ.keep aside.
Take a big mixing bowl, add maida & rice flour.. red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste,Crushed Kasuri methi few chopped curry leaves, salt to taste & mix it well with cup of water ๐ง thick & silk smooth paste. Now dip boiled baby corn into a batter coating allover.
Heat a oil once it hot deep fry in hot oil till the baby corn turns to golden brown and crisp.finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves. serve baby corn 65 with tomato sauce or crunchy carrot ๐ฅ๐ง ๐ฅonions salad๐๐ฅฐ๐๐
