Mangalore Cucumber Sweet Dosa / Magge Surnali With Fresh Ghee Lovely Combination With butter 杻 Too

💁Ingredients👇

2 -1/2 cup dosa rice
1 cup Mangalore cucumber pieces
1/2 fresh 🥥 coconut
1 small cup Bhel / puffed rice
One pinch turmeric power
jaggery as per ur taste u can adjust
Salt to taste 2-3 tbsp Ghee or oil

👇💁Method

In a large bowl, soak dosa rice for atleast 4 hours. Drain the water from soaked rice.

In a mixer jar first grind 🥥 coconut & skin peeled roughly chopped cucumber pieces & turmeric make it smooth paste.

Than add soaked rice & bhel 💁as per u r sweet add jaggery blend to smooth and fluffy batter. 💁If needed add water water to make Dosa consistency batter.

collect it into a large bowl 🥣add salt to taste and mix well making sure the batter has combined completely. Also clean the sides with your✋ hand.

Cover and ferment in a warm place for 8- 12 hours over night . 💁Nicely fermentation is must 💁needed otherwise dosa get 🪨 hard. The next day you can see 👀 👁️ the batter has raised 🌄 well indicating its well fermented. mix the batter slightly.

Take a tava heat now pour a ladleful of the batter spread medium thick 💁Don’t make very 💁thin dosa. top with a tbsp of oil or ghee cover and cook for a 3 mins or until the base is cooked well.
