Gobi Dry Sabzi / Cauliflower Stir Fry

💁Ingredients

2 cups Gobi/ Cauliflower florets cut into bite size pieces
2 medium chopped Onions
2  medium chopped Tomatoes
3- 4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp shahi jeera
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
5Rs 1 pack Maggie Masala Power
1tbsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
1 pinch sugar 🤏
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves

💁Method

Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds & shahi Jeera let them sizzle. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min . Add onion saute few mins add tomatoes saute till soft & turn mushy.

Add all dry spicy like 💁turmeric Powder , red chilli powder, garam masala power, maggie masala power , sugar & salt to taste. At this stage add Gobi / cauliflower toss cook it on high heat & mix well all dry Masala power Coat well with gobi.  till it is completely colour change & cooked upto 90%.

Now add  just sprinkle few drops💧of water cover & cook On low flame for 2-3 mins till the Gobi is absorb the masala flavour & cooked. garnish it with some coriander. Ready to Serve with Chapathi, Dosa as a side dish with Rice.
