


Hot Hot Puri With Panner Kurma Lovely Combination 😋🤤
Delicious a lip-smacking recipe of Kurma to try with Puri , Chapathi, Dosa & Ghee rice anything of your choice. I am sure everyone will love this. Its a finger 🤌licking rich & creamy panner gravy.
💁Ingredients For Grinding
8-10 Cashews soaked in water for 20-30 mins
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1 Green Cardamom
1 tbsp khus khus
6-7 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1/4 tbsp Fennel seeds
2 medium Onion roughly chopped
2 medium tomatoes roughly chopped
Water for smooth grinding
💁Other Ingredients
200 gm paneer pieces
2 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp butter 🧈
1 bay leaf
1/4 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 cup Yogurt whisked
1/2 cup Coconut 🥥 Milk
2 slit green chillies
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
1 pinch 🤏 Sugar
Salt to taste
💁Method
In a mixer jar, add cashews, onions, tomatoes , fennel seeds, khus khus, cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger garlic & water to be ground to a fine smooth paste.
Heat oil + butter 🧈 in a heavy bottom pan add bay leaf and then add the cashew paste in the pan and give it a nice stir then add the spices ingredients 💁like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder stir and cook the onion, tomato & cashew masala paste. Stirring in between to💁 avoid the masala from sticking to the bottom.
Once the masala saute till the oil starts to leave & zoom 👀👁️ out from the sides of the pan.
Then add the paneer pieces,salt to taste and mix well . Cover with lid on low flame and cook until the gravy looks thickens slightly till the paneer is absorb the masala flavour and cook to a panner coating consistency.
Then add the slit green chillies, whisked yogurt, sugar and Garam masala then give it a stir then add the coconut 🥥 🥛 milk give it a nice stir and allow it to cook and just 💁once you 👀👁️see the curry boiling . Remove from fire and then. Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
💁Do not overcook the gravy after adding 👉 yogurt and coconut 🥥🥛 milk & it will💁 curdle.
Ready to serve Paneer Kurma With Hot Hot Puri or Some Ghee Rice ,Jeera Rice, Veg Pulao & Butter Naan Goes Well With Everything.
