



Dahi Sev Puri
Dahi Puri Chaat is yet another popular Indian street chaats that is made by stuffing crispy puffed puris with boiled potatoes & spicy chutneys
Ingredients๐๐๐๐
2 packet of Puri brought from shop
1 cup sev
5 – 6 potatoes, boiled and mashed add chat masala red chillies power & little coriander leaves.
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes ๐
1 cup yoghurt
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tbsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
Ingredients For Green Chutney
1 bunch coriander leaves
Little mint leaves pudina
8 – 10 green chillies
1 inch Small piece Ginger
6 -7 garlic ponds
1tsp lemon juice ๐
salt to taste
Ingredients For Sweet Chutney
50 gms dates khajur seeds removed and soaked for 1 hour
Lemon size tamarind soaked in hot water
2 – 4 tbsp jaggery
1tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp zeera power
1/2 tbsp Chat masala
salt to taste
For Making Green Chutney
Add all the ingredients and
blend it smooth paste. Add little of water This chutney should not be very thick. It should be kept medium as you can add ๐ฆ water.
For Making Sweet Chutney
Add all the ingredients and
blend it smooth puree paste. Add little quantity of ๐ฆ water.
Take a large kadai transfer the tamarind mixture add water ๐ฆ mix & boil it nicely for 5-8 mins .Add more jaggery if required.when it’s cool mixture now transfer the Tamarind Sweet Chutney is Ready. Now pour an airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator.
๐You can use the prepared tamarind sweet chutney in preparing all types of chats likeโฆ๐ Bakarwadi ,sev puri, bhel puri ,dahi puri & pani puri.

Plating

Arrange the puris in a plate.
Put mashed potatoes mixture on each puri. Add onions tomatoes , green chutney and sweet chutney. Add 1tbsp sugar & 1 pinch salt for yoghurt mix well ,now put each puri 2tbsp curdโฆ sprinkle sev and chaat masala. Garnish With Sev Ready to Serve Dahi Puri Immediatelyโฆ.
