


Masala Akki Rotti With Dill Leaves / Sabsige Soppu Goes Well With Homemade Fresh Butter & Coconut 🥥Chutney
💁👇👇Ingredients
2 cup rice flour
1 bunch Dill leaves
4 – 5 finally chopped green chillies
4 medium / 1 cup chopped onions
Few curry leaves
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
Water 💦 for Dough mix
Banana leaf, Sheet optional 💁Here I used Banana leaf
Method 👇👇💁
Take a big bowl as per u likes add chopped dill leaves, more or less u r wish to add chopped green chillies chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves & salt to taste. All ingredients mix it nicely than add rice flour, make it stiff dough by adding little water 💧 at a time. Keep aside for a rest 10 -15mins.
💁You can make Without heating pan 🍳 first place Roti on tawa using wet ✋hand spread Once done make a small hole in d centre using wet☝️ finger.
Then switch On the gas. 👉 You can use plastic sheet or Today here I used Banana leaf apply a little oil on leaf or sheet👈 👈now add batter & spread it very thin .
Heat a pan place the masala roti remove Banana leaf add some oil from side & close the lid for 3 -5 mins cook both side till golden brown Ready To Serve Masala Akki Rotti With Fresh Home Made Butter or Any Choice of urs Chutney. 💞👌
