Ingredients

2 pack Baby corn 🌽
2 cup water
1/4 tbsp salt to taste

Other Ingredients For the BatterπŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

1/4 cup maida
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chat masala powder
1/4 tbsp gram masala power
few finally chopped curry leaves
1/4 tbsp Kasuri methi crushed
1/2 cup water
oil to deep fry
Salt to taste

πŸ’Method

Take a pan add 2 cup of water πŸ’§ make it boil add πŸ‘‰ cut one by 2 cut middle half pieces baby corn 🌽 cook 3-5 mins keep aside.

Take a big mixing bowl, add maida & rice flour.. red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, crushed Kasuri methi few chopped curry leaves, salt to taste & mix it well with cup of water πŸ’§ thick & silk smooth paste. Now dip boiled baby cornl into a batter coating allover.

Heat a oil once it hot deep fry in hot oil till the baby 🌽 corn turns to golden brown and crisp.finally, serve baby corn fry with tomato sauce & green chutney some crunchy carrot πŸ₯•πŸ§…πŸ₯™onions salad😘πŸ₯°πŸ˜‹πŸ‘Œ

Green Chutney For Veg or Non veg Snacks & Tandoori KebabsπŸ‘‡

Tandoori Green Chutney is usually served in restaurant along with dip for Kebabs, Fish 🐟 or grills dishes.

Ingredients

βœ‹ handfull / 1 bunch Coriander leaves
4 – 6 petals pudina
6- 8 Green chillies as per ur spicy
3-5 pods Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 tbsp Lemon πŸ‹ juice
Rock salt as per taste
1 inch Black salt
1/2 cup Curd
Little Water

πŸ’Method

In a mixer jar, add coriander leaves & pudina along with green chillies, garlic, ginger, salt, black salt & curd blend into a smooth paste. If needed add 1- 2 tbsp of water , here I added only 1tbsp. Add lemon πŸ‹ juice, mix well and adjust the salt according to your taste.Ready to Serve with Kebabs or any other Grilled Dishes..Transfer into an airtight glass jar and can store it in the fridge up to 1weeks.
