



Spicy Chicken Curry In My Style With Neer Dosa
💁Ingredients For Marinate As Usual
1 kg Chicken 🐔🐣with bones & leg 🍗 pieces
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup curd
salt to taste
Other Spicy Ingredient
1tbsp kashmiri Red chillie powder or as required
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp chicken masala powder
Ingredients for Tempering
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp Shahi jeera
1 bay leaf
1 inches Cinnamon stick
3 roughly chopped Onions Puree
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 roughly chopped tomatoes puree
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
2 cup Thick coconut milk
Handful ✊ of chopped coriander leavesMethod
💁Method
Take a mixing bowl add chicken 🐣🐔🍗pieces Marinated as usual with fresh curd , lemon juice, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder and turmeric powder mix nicely keep a side for half hour.
Take a small bowl add kashmiri red chillie powder as required ,turmeric powder ,Coriander powder, Garam masala powder , chicken masala power Mixed all powders in little water 💦 and made paste.
3 Onions & 2 Tomato paste was made puree in mixer separately.
In a pan add 3 tbsp oil and heat it. Add shahi jeera, bay leaf ,cinnamon stick add onion puree and ginger garlic paste saute till becomes golden brown. Add tomato puree and saute add little salt for fast action.
When its starts oil to release from sides of the pan. Add marinated chicken pieces and saute for 2-3 mins.
Now add masala powders paste and mix well.
Sprinkle little water & again Saute for few more mins. Cover lid & low the flame 3-4 mins .
Now add required amount of 💦 water . Keep this curry as thin gravy. And best to have with Kori rotti & neer dosa & chopped coriander leaves & accordingly little salt for taste. Gas should be on high flame till the boil comes. Then low the gas flame till the chicken cooks perfectly. It takes around 5-6 minutes.
Add kasuri methi just rubbing it in a 🤚palm.
When done add ground thick coconut 🥥 milk and mix well wait a mins .Transfer to serving 🥣 bowl.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves . Ready to Serve Spicy Chicken Curry
