


Idli With Hot Hot Sambar & Coconut Hotel Style Chutney
💁 Ingredients of Veggies 👇
1/4 cup beans
2 cup Tomato
1/4 kg Pumpkin
2 chopped Brinjal
1/4 cup Ivy gourd
1/4 cup cauliflower
2 chopped Potatoes
2 Onions
2 drumsticks
1/2 cup tur dal
3 tbsp oil
Small piece jaggery
hand full chopped coriander
Salt as per taste
💁Ingredients For Seasoning
1/2 tbsp mustard
Few curry leaves
2 Pinch asafoetida
1 broken red chilli
💁For Sambar Masala
4 tbsp Little Grated coconut & Marble size tamarind.
1 tbsp urad dal
2 tbsp chana dal
1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp. Coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Small piece turmeric
6 -8 curry leaves
2 pinch hing
5 Guntur red chillies &+ 5 Byadgi red chillies.
💁Dry Roast all these ingredients
💁Method
Pressure cook tur dal & veggies in a 2 cups water for 3 whistles & keep aside.
Dry roast all ingredients.. blend 3 tbsp little coconut ,tamarind ,red chilli then add roasted ingredients and grind it Slight coarsely paste.
In a pan put all cooked vegetables & dal add salt mix it & bring it 1 boil Now add blended masala , 1tbsp jaggery combine well . Cook for few more minutes . Add chopped coriander
In a small pan heat 2 tbsp oil add mustard seeds when it starts spluttering add curry leaves hing Pour on Ready Sambar & cover it immediately. Mix vegetable Sambar Is Ready to Serve Hot With Rice , Idli Vada & Dosa…
🥥 Chutney Hotel Style Flavourful Chutney
💁💁Ingredients
1 cup coconut
4tbsp gram dal / putani hurigadale
2 tbsp oil
4 green chillies 💁as per ur spicy
✋ Handful of coriander leaves
1 pinch hing / asafoetida
3 stand curry leaves
Small piece ginger
Only 1 garlic clove
Peanut size tamarind
salt to taste
💁Method
Heat a pan add few drops oil ,add green chillies, curry leaves saute well .Switch of the gas. Now add Roasted Gram dal / Hurigadale .. Allow it to cool. Now add no need to fry handful✊ of coriander leaves, ginger garlic, along with 🥥 coconut & tamarind… Blend it a small mixer jar and add little salt & water to 💁Make a coarse paste..💁Don’t make it smooth paste of chutney sem thick consistency. Serve with Dosa , Idli & Vada.
