Pointed Gourd  Fritters / Parwal Podi

💁Ingredients

4 -5 tbsp Rice flour
2 tbsp maida
3-4 tbsp besan
🥜Peanut size  Asafoetida power 
1 tbsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
Required water 💦

💁Method

Wash pointed Gourd well and 💁cut into thin slices as shown in pic.

Marinate  with Rice flour ,maida,besan ,peanut size Asafoetida power  & red chilli powder, and salt to taste add water 💦 make it thick past now add Parwal mix it nicely . give it rest for a 10 mins. ⏰

Heat oil in kadai. Once oil hot  reduce the flame Then Put this sliced masala costed pointed gourd   Fry them till Crispy….  Ready to serve  as a sides With Dal & 🍚 Rice.
