Made this yummy sweet bites instantly using sooji 💁Bombay rava, the other versions of making this are by adding soaked and ground rice or using rice rawa.This makes the fritters crunchy and doesn’t💁 suck up much oil.

💁Ingredients

2 cups Dosa  rice  
1 cup yellow ripe Jackfruit, roughly chopped
1 cup fresh  grated 🥥 coconut
1/2 cup Jaggery
2 crushed cardamom power
Salt to taste 🤏just 2 pinches
Oil to deep fry

💁Method

Soak 2cup dosa rice for 2 hours drain it completely.

Take mixer jar & Grind the jack fruit , 🥥 coconut, jaggery to a smooth paste. Do not add 💁water as the jack fruit add jaggery releases its own water 💦and that must be enough for mulik .💁Depending upon the sweetness of Jackfruit you can add jaggery. Transfer the batter into a bowl.

Add soak rice grind into 💁coarse paste.Transfer the batter into a bowl add little salt & crushed cardamom power. Mix nicely keep for 10 minutes.

Then heat oil in a pan.Drop in  the small balls of the batter into the hot oil . Fry the mulik on medium high heat.Till they turn brown colour. Remove from oil and drain the mulik. Ready to Serve.

Allow it to cool and store it in a air tight container. Enjoy mulik as a Tea ☕ Time snack.
