Soya Mini Chunks Manchurian Lovely Combination With Fried 🍚 Rice & Noodles

💁Soya Chunks Manchurian  dry similar to any other manchurian recipe, this recipe is dry version without gravy and is mainly prepared as party starters or even as appetiser. however this soya manchurian dry is popularly served as side dish to fried rice or noodles.
 

💁Ingredients

3 cup soya chunks
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4cup maida  flour
2tbps rice flour
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
3 cups hot water, to soak soya chunks

💁Ingredients for Manchurian Gravy

3 tsp oil
2 clove  finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
2 green chillies chopped
2 onion, finely chopped
1 medium size Capsicum cubes
2 medium Onion cubes pieces
1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
Handfull ✊ of chopped Coriander leaves

💁Method

Firstly, in a large bowl soak 2 cup soya chunks in 3 cups hot water, for 10minutes or more. After 10 minutes, squeeze out the water from soya and transfer to bowl.

further add  ginger-garlic paste, rice flour, maida, chilli powder and salt to taste. combine all the ingredients well adding a tbsp of water if required only .further, deep dry or shallow fry in hot oil.stir occasionally, and fry till soya turns crisp.drain out the fried soya and keep aside.

In a large kadai, heat 3 tsp oil and saute ginger chopped, garlic chopped  & green chillies  chopped  further add onion saute well.

Additionally add  onion cubes & Capsicum cubes saute well add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder,1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and salt to taste. keeping the flame high. add  2 tbsp cornflour  mix with water add the saucepan mix all the ingredients well.

Add in fried Soya Mini Chunks and mix well. Finally, garnish soya chunks manchurian with finely chopped coriander leaves .

Ready to Serve Soya Mini Chunks Dry Manchurian.
