Oil for deep frying
1/2Ā cup soaked dosaĀ rice
5 Bedagi chillies + 8 guntur red chilli u can Store this masalaĀ for 1 months inĀ freezer
Peanut size hing / Asafoetida
SaltĀ to taste

Wash & soak dosa rice for 1 hour . Along with red chilli, hing & Salt to taste addingĀ littleĀ water šmake itĀ fine smooth paste it.
Apply this masalaĀ to anything u r choice of veggies. šLike Drumsticks, Potatoes,Ā Bitter Ground & Yam.Ā Give rest for 1hourĀ than deep fry till crispy in oil.Ā Ready to Serve ..Ā
