Green Masala Bangude / Mackerel Fish Curry 🐟 With Hot Rice

Fish green masala is a delicious goes well with Neer Dosa & Rice . I like spicy fish gravy so most of the time .fish taste different compared to the other spicy 🐠 fish gravy.

💁Ingredient For Seasoning

3-4 fish 🐟Bangude / Mackerel
3 tbsp oil
1 medium sliced onion
2 Long silt green chillies

💁For Ingredients Green Masala Paste

👉Only little 3 – 4 tbsp 🥥 coconut
1 roughly chopped tomato
8 Green chillies as per ur spicy you can adjust
1 medium size roughly chopped onion
2 Small pound garlic
1 inich ginger
6 – 8 clovers
2 Cardamom
1tbsp cumin seeds
Handfull ✊of corrinder leaves
Handful ✊ of Pudina
1 tsp pepper
Salt to taste

💁Method

Put all the above ingredients into the mixer jar ,add required water and grind ,the paste should be very fine smooth paste.

Cut mackerel fish🐟🐟 to 2 pieces, if its a big fish 🐟 cut to 3 pieces.

In a pan heat oil add chopped onions fry it nicely while colour change add green grounded masala paste & salt to taste
mix it well for 8-10mins when oil leaves from sides now add & slit green chilies mix well. 👉Add water to adjust gravy consistency to be bring it to a boil once the raw smell masala goes off 💧 👈 add fish pieces and cook until the fish gets cooked in 5-6 mins.Try not to use spoon to mix the fish & masala. After adding fish🐟🐟 give it just boil turn off the gas .

Ready to Serve Fish Green Masala Curry With Hot Rice.
