

Sardine/ Pedavo/ Mathi Fish Deep Fry
💁Ingredients
10-15 Sardine/ Pedavo/ Mathi Fish 🐟
Peanut size Hing / Asafoetida
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp rice flour for coating & 1 cup oil for deep fry
For Garnishing
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
& Lemon slice
💁Method
Clean & wash the 🐠 fish. Drain the moisture before you applying the spices for fish.
In a mix bowl, mix together red chilli power , salt, turmeric powder, peanut size hing /Asafoetida & coriander powder add little water 💦 mix it well make it thick paste.
Apply this mix to the fish. ensuring to apply it evenly all over and keep aside for 1 hour.
Once the fish marinade well. Before you start to fry it.
Heat oil & roll this marinated fish into rice flour .Place the fish in a pan fry the fish on medium heat. Deep fry till crisp for 3-4 mins on each sides.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves & Lemon slice ready to Serve Sardine / Pedavo/ Mathi Fish Deep Fry.
