


Konkani Style Mackerel Fish Curry / Alle Piyava Ghashi & Anjal π /King Fish /Surmai / Vison Tawa Rava Fry
Ingredients

6-8 Mackerel fish π,1 inches ginger long slit, 2 green chillies cut in half ,1 small chopped , onion& 1 tbsp oil .
Ingredients For Masala Paste
1 cup fresh grated coconut π₯₯
8-10 dried red chillies, roasted πI use byadgi & Guntur
Marble size tamarind
salt to taste
ππMethod
Clean & wash fish make it 2 -3 pieces keep aside.
Grind π₯₯ coconut, roasted red byadgi +Guntur chillies & tamarind to a smooth paste.
In a wide pan.add ginger, green chilli, onion, ground masala and salt to taste. Add a water at a time to make a thick gravy consistency.
Keep the vessel on medium flame and cover and cook, when the gravy comes nicely boil add fish π & give one quick stir.
Try not to use spoon to mix the fish & masala. After adding fish. Since fish tends to break apart easily give nice boil. Drizzle with coconut oil turn off the gas ready to serve with hot hot white rice..ππ€€π

1 kg Anjal / King Fish / Surmai / Vison π
3tps Red chilli power
1tps Ginger garlic past
1/2 tps green chilli past
1/4 tps pepper power
1-1/2 lemon π juice
Aachi Fish Fry Masala 1 small 10rs pack π you can use any brand
π§Salt to taste
1/4 cup required Water
3-4 tbsp Bombay rava
1/4 cup oil for tawa fry
Method π
Take a Bowl add Red chilli power, Ginger garlic past, green chilli past , pepper powder, πlemon juice, 1 small pack π10rs Aachi Fish Fry Masala & salt add water make it Paste..mix it well and apply #Anjal #king_Fish Give rest for atleast 1 hours .
Than take a nonstick pan add 2 tbps oil, add sprinkle or dip rave to fish than fry it both sideβ¦Ready to Sever with Fresh Lemon π Some Crunchy π§ π₯ Cucumber.
