💁Ingredients
1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
2 cup Dosa rice , soaked for 2 hour
2 – 3 tbsp tur dal
2 -3 tbsp chana dal
Peanut size tamarind
5 +8 💁I used Byadgi + Guntur red chillies as per u r spicy adjust
Salt to taste
small piece asafoetida / hing
oil for greasing
💁Method
Cabbage Dosa & Idli
To begin making Cabbage Sanna Polo soak the rice for an hour . Along with ⌚tur dal,chana dal, Then grind it along with red chillies tamarind to paste 💁coarsely adding very little water. The consistency of the batter should be a 💁little thicker than the normal dosa idli batter.
Add the finely chopped cabbage and onions to the batter and with salt mix nicely in ur ✋hand.
Heat the skillet on a medium flame and grease it with a little oil.
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in swift circular to make thin mini dosa . Pour a little oil from the sides and let it cook for about 3 mins on low flame.Once it is cooked on one side, flip it and cook on the other side for 3- 5 mins.

💁Similarly, make more idli with the remaining batter. Steam for 15 -20 min.
Serve Hot With Rice. As a side Dish Cabbage Sanna Polo/ Spicy Dosa / Spicy Idli.
