Today’s Breakfast 🍄Mushroom Masala With Hot Hot Homemade Butter Naan 👌👌😘😋

💁Ingredients 💁For Dough

3 cups maida
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp yeast mix with warm water 💦
salt to taste
1/4 cup curd fresh thick
2 tbsp oil
water as required, to knead

💁Other Ingredients

2 -3 tbsp butter 🧈
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp Black till

💁Method

firstly, knead the dough for 10 minutes with ingredients listed for dough. cover with a moist cloth and rest for 2 -3 ⌚hours in warm place.after 2 hours, knead the dough slightly. to remove if any air present in the dough.

🤌Pinch a ball sized dough.gently roll to oval shape.Roll in a circle & sprinkle some coriander leaves & back till in the dough using rolling pin. make sure you do not make too💁 thin nor thick. and also keep the size in mind.

It should not be larger than your 💁tawa size. grease with 💦 water over naan.furthermore, slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa and slightly press.now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook naan 💁directly on flame till they turn golden brown.also brush with some 🧈butter mixed with coriander leaves.gently scrape the naan from bottom and remove.finally, serve 🧈 Butter Naan Hot Hot with your favourite curry like Mushroom 🍄 Masala….💞😋👌

💁Ingredients for Onion & Tomato Masala Paste

3 medium roughly chopped onions 🧅
2 medium roughly chopped Tomatoes 🍅
2tbsp Pumpkin seeds / or 6-8 cashew nut
6 Byadgi red chillies
1 green chillies
1 inch ginger
6-8 garlic ponds

💁Other ingredients

200 gm Mushroom 🍄
2 tbps oil + 2 tbsp Butter 🧈
1 Tej patta
2green cardamoms
2 cloves
1 stone flower
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1/2 tbsp jeera powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp sugar
Handfull ✊ coriander leaves
2 tbsp Cream 👉 optional for garnishing

💁Method

First Cook roughly chopped onions, tomatoes,cashew nuts, 6 whole Byadgi red chillies & 1 green chillies, ginger, garlic ponds in 3 cups water for 8-10 minutes.Simmer till the onions & Tomatoes become soft. strain the stock and keep aside.when cooled, make a paste of the cooked ingredients adding 1 or 2 tsp of the strained water paste .

Heat 2 tbps oil +2 tbsp Butter 🧈 in a pan. 👉Fry all the whole spices like 💁Tej patta, green cardamoms, cloves, stone flower, mace & kasuri methi saute for a few seconds till the spices become they release their aroma in the oil & butter 👈add the ground masala paste and saute till the oil zoom out from sides of the pan.

Now add 👉 Dry Spice Powders like garam masala, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder mix nicely dry masala powder.

👈Now add the strained stock+water 💧 add salt to taste and 1/2 tbsp sugar… Stir well and simmer for 10mins on a low flame or till the gravy thickens slightly. Stir and add the 👉Mushroom 🍄 pieces 👈 Simmer for 2-5 mins till the mushrooms is absorb the masala flavour & cooked.

Garnish it with some coriander leaves and fresh cream 👉Option Serve The mushroom masala goes well with ghee rice Jeera Rice, Rotis Or Naan & Chapati 👌👌😘Ready to Serve… 🍄 Mushroom Masala With Butter Naan.😘😋👌
