

Bhindi Masala Fry / Lady’s Finger Masala Fry
One of my favorite to eat with Curd Rice, Rotis & Chapatis too.
💁Ingredients
1/2 kg Lady’s finger/ bhindi
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp zeera power
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
💁5 rs 1pack Maggi masala powder
1/2 tbsp Poppy seed
1 medium size chopped onion
1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp
2-3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
💁Method
Wash bhindi /Lady’s finger, wipe it in kitchen towel and keep aside.
Split them into four pieces. add chilli powder, zeera power, coriander powder, turmeric powder ,5 rs💁 1 pack Maggi masala powder & 1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp & 💁just few drops 💦 water, mix nicely so that masala get coated evenly. Keep this Marinate for 10 -15 min.
Heat oil in pan add chopped onions fry nicely add Poppy seed & keep all the pieces Lady’s finger/ bhindi to fry mix well & cover them in medium to low flame. The only thing you need to ensure is that the bhindi doesn’t get sticky or slimy cook till crispy.
Ready to Serve with Curd 🍚 Rice and Dal as a side dish super yummy 🤤 Combo.
