

Tasty & Juicy Softy Spicy Chicken Kebab ๐๐๐
๐Ingredients
1kg Chicken ๐ cut into medium pieces
2 -3 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp corn flour 1/4 cup curd
2 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp Lime ๐ juice
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tbsp Garam masala power
salt to taste
1 tbsp crushed kasuri mathi
1 pack chicken 65 kabab masala
Oil for deep fry
Few curry leaves
๐Method
Spicy Softy chicken kebab
Take a bowl and mix all of the mentioned ingredients ๐except oil & curry leaves ๐and allow to marinate for 3-4 hrs or overnight.
Then heat oil in a pan, deep fry put them in and when one side gets brown and crusty, turn the pieces over and let the other side get cooked on medium high heat.
The marinated chicken pieces need to be cooked till they turn golden brown. Add curry leaves fry few seconds.
Pat dry the fried chicken pieces with tissue paper to remove excess oil.
Garnish with coriander leaves & Green Chunety before serving. Ready to Serve Hot Hot Tasty & Juicy Softy Spicy Chicken Kebab๐๐๐
