💁Ingredients For Home Made Vangi Bath Power👇

1 tbsp oil
1-1/2 inches 🤏cinamam
1-2 Cardamom
1tbsp chana dal
1tbsp urad dal
1-1/2 tbsp coriander seeds 1tbps jeera
10-12 byadagi red chillies

💁Other Ingredients Seasoning

6-8 pieces of Brinjal / Eggplant 🍆
2 cup cooked 🍚 rice
4 -5 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp chana dal
1/4 tbsp urad dal,
Few curry leaves
2 chopped Green chilli
2 medium size onions
one pinch turmeric power
1medium size tomatoes 🍅
Gooseberry tamarind
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

💁 Method

To prepare vangi bath, first cook the 🍚 rice and set it aside.

Take a pan roast the ingredients listed above. Firstly heat 1/2 tsp oil and roast red chilies, cinamam, Cardamom, Chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds & jeera until slightly brown under low to medium flame. Roast everything together until dals turn brown. switch off the gas .when its cool completely grind it into a fine powder and keep it aside.

cut the brinjals into 2 inch pieces and slit them length wise. Soak the cut brinjals in good drinking water and set it aside.

Take a oil in a pan and heat it. Add in mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and .Fry until dals turn brown in colour. But do not burn them. Add curry leaves and reduce the flame.add chopped onions, fry it nicely one pinch turmeric power, add tomato 🍅 fry till soft.

Now add chopped brinjal 🍆pieces by squeezing out the water. the brinjals fry for 4-5 minute under medium flame in oil . Add salt to taste .At this stage add tamarind juice extracted from one gooseberry sized tamarind. Add 3-4 tbsp of prepare vangi bath masala powder mix it nicely . Cover and cook the brinjals for 2 minutes with masala power under low flame. Switch off the gas .vangi bath masala is ready.

Add cooked 🍚 rice & chopped coriander leaves . Mix this mixture with hot rice using a flat spatula. Ready to Serve it with any ur choice of raita .
