


Ripe Jackfruit Dosa / Ponsa Polo
💁Here Comes Season’s Jackfruit Almost Ended .So 🤗Enjoy This Before They Go Off . So Prepared It’s Dosa. Hope You All Like It.
💁 Ingredients
1 cup chopped jackfruit pieces
2 cup Dosa rice
1 /2 cup Grated 🥥 coconut
1/2 cup Jaggery powdered
💁reduce or increase as per the sweetness of jackfruit & you prefer. If u like more sweet you can add jaggery
Salt to taste
3 tbsp ghee / oil
💁Method
Soak the dosa rice for about 2-3 hours .
Grind the soaked rice along with grated 🥥 coconut, jack fruit pieces, & jaggery very little salt & batter is ready to use .💁no need fermentation to a batter .
Heat a dosa pan , spread a ladle full batter. Spread little ghee on top & all sides of the dosa.
Cover and cook dosa on low flame till the base of the dosa roasted well.
Flip the dosa with a flat spatula to cook the other side.
Remove the well roasted dosa from hot tawa and transfer to a serving plate.
Make dosa with the remaining batter and transfer to the serving plate and ready to serve with ghee goes well with fresh 🧈 butter too.
