



Spicy Puri / Tikhi Puri & Regular Puri With Mango Aamras 🥭
💁Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1/2 tbsp Garamasala power
1 tbsp Coriander powder
Oil for frying
Water
💁Method
Take flour in a bowl. Add salt, red chili powder, salt to taste and coriander powder. Mix well.
Add oil and mix till well using your fingertips. ✋
Now start adding little water at a time and keep kneading the dough.Keep kneading till you get smooth and tight dough 💁not soft like chapati dough.
Divide the mixture in equal portions, Make smooth ball and then flatten it out .
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot poori into hot oil. puff up.Then flip it. Fry the other side until it is light golden brown in color.
Remove it Place on paper towel.
🥭 Mango Aamras
Ingredients
2 Mangoes ripe alphonso 🥭
2 -4 tbsp Sugar if mangoes are sweet, skip adding sugar
1 tbsp Cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron soaked in tbsp of milk or water optional almonds for garnish
💁Method
Aamras using mixer or blender First, wash peel and cube the mangoes.
Then, add the mango cubes & sugar in the blender or mixer and blend it to a pulp.
Transfer it to a bowl, add cardomom powder saffron milk and mix well.
Chill for couple of hours.⌚ Garnish with almonds. Serve It With Hot Hot Normal Puris or Spicy Puri .
