šŸ’Ingredients

10-12Ā  Tender leafĀ  of pumpkin…
1 cupĀ  Dhento tender stems
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp Udad dal
4-6 green chillies slits
1 inch jaggery /sugar
SaltĀ  to taste
1 /2 cup Fresh grated 🄄 coconut

šŸ’Method

First wash nicely tender leaves
Dhento tender stems of pumpkin. finely chopped leaves then 2 inches cut stems Keep aside.

Take aĀ  kadai. Add oil mustard seeds. As it splutters add 1 tbsp Udad dal fry it nicely gold brown… Add red chillies & green . Then add chopped pumpkinĀ  tender leavesĀ  & Dhento add salt to taste & jaggeryĀ  Stir well. just few drops sprinkle water. Cook under cover until soft. Garnish with grated coconut. Serve hot with rice. As a side dish. Its Very tasty &Ā  healthy recipe.
