



Crispy Crispy Masala Dosa With Spicy Spread Red Chutney ,Potato Bhaji & Coconut 🥥 Chutney Recipe
💁Ingredients
3 cups Dosa rice
3/4 cup urad dal
Handful ✋ of Chana Dal
1 tsp methi / fenugreek seeds
1/4 cup Phova/ Beatenrice
Salt
1pinch sugar
💁Method
Firstly, in a large bowl, soak rice ,urad dal , Chana Dal , phova Beaten rice and methi seeds for atleast 4 hours.drain the water from soaked urad dal & rice blend to smooth and fluffy batter. adding water required.collect it into a large bowl add salt and keep aside.mix well making sure the batter has combined completely.also clean the sides with your hand.✋Cover and ferment in a warm place for 8- 12 hours.the next day you can see the batter has raised well indicating its well fermented. Add 1 tbsp sugar & mix the batter slightly.
Heat griddle and pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion thin circle.also a little oil over it. then cover the dosa for a minute and.. Now spread spicy red chutney..keep the potato masala.. cook till the bottom of dosa turns golden brown.finally, flip other side fold ….over to make a semi-circle, cone or a roll & any shape and serve immediately .
💁Potato Bhaji
Pressure cook 5 potatoes.. smash it keep aside .
Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan add 1/2 tbsp mustard. Few curry leaves,1 tbsp chana dal, 1/2 tbdp urad dal , chopped 6- 8 green chillies…saute then add chopped 3 🧅 onions & 1 medium size chopped 🫑 capcicum. add haldi powder. add salt to taste now add cooked potatoes 🥔smashed it should be in to small pieces add fresh coriander leaves & great carrot 🥕mix it well cover and cook for few mins.. Ready to Serve Potato Bhaji.
💁Masala Dosa Spread Spicy Red Chutney
Ingredients
6 – 8 cover of Garlic
10 -12 soaked red Bedgi Dry Mirchi
1 small onion
Few curry leaves
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1/2 zeear
Small ball of Imli
Salt
💁 Method
Take a pan add few drops of oil than add garlic, onion , few curry leaves, zeera & sesame seeds fry well and then bring it to room temperature. Along with soaked red chillies & Small ball of Imli and salt to taste grind in mixer till its fine Red chutney paste.
💁Your Masala Dosa Red Chutney is ready to serve. You can keep in fridge and preserve for a month.
