Neer Dosa With Sambarballi Chutney / Doddapatre /Mexican Mint Leaves Chutney

💁Ingredients

6-8 Sambarballi /Doddapatre /Mexican Mint
1/2 tbsp ghee
3-4 green chillies
1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
2-3 garlic cloves
1 cup 🥥 coconut
🥜 Peanut size tamarind
Salt to taste

For seasoning 💁 1tbsp oil, mustard seeds, Curry leaves & broken red chilli

💁Method

Wash neatly & pat dry roughly
chopped the leaves and roast them few drops of ghee add 3-4 green chillies ,cumin seeds, 2-3 garlic cloves. When its cool grind along with grated 🥥 coconut , tamarind, salt to taste add required water as to blend.

Take a small pan add 1tbsp oil , mustard seeds, curry leaves & broken dry red chilli. Switch Off the flame..Transfer this thadka into chunety bowl mix well.Ready to Serve .You can make it Neeru Chutney too .. up to ur choice.

Healthy & tasty, aromatic chutney is ready to Serve with Neer dosa .Can be used as a side dish with steamed rice.
