💁Ingredients
1/2 kg pointed Gourd 👉cut into thin slices as shown in pic👈
4 tbsp Rice flour
3 tbsp Gram flour / Besan
🥜Peanut size Asafoetida power
2 tbsp Red chilli powder
salt to taste
water 💁make it thick past
Oil for deep fry
💁Method
Wash pointed Gourd well and 💁cut into thin slices as shown in pic.
Marinate with Rice flour , Gram flour / Besan , peanut size Asafoetida power, Red chilli powder, and salt to taste add water 💁make it thick past now add Parwal mix it nicely… give it rest for a 15-20 mins.⏰
Heat oil in kadai. Once oil hot reduce the flame. Then Put this sliced pointed gourd fry them till Crispy Ready to serve as a sides With Dal rice…. 💁🤗😘😋
