


Rava & 🥥 Coconut Laddu /
Sooji Ladoo / Semolina Coconut Laddo are easy to make and 😋 delicious melt in mouth .🤤 Using Home Made Fresh Ghee .
💁Ingredients
1/2 cup ghee
3 cups of Bombay rava
1 cup dry grated coconut 🥥
1/2 cup milk powder💁 optional
1-1/2 or 2 cup suger as per u r taste
2 cup water 💦
50gm raisins
50gm cashew nut
1tbsp cardamom powder
💁Method
Take a mixer jar . Add 2 tbsp Sugar & 3-4 cardamom along with peeled Cardamom in a blender and blend it to a fine powder and keep aside.
Heat 5tbsp Ghee in a Kadai. Add cashew nuts & dry Raisins nicely till Golden brown keep aside.
In a same pan add 5 -6 tbsp of ghee & 3 cup of fine Bombay Rava into the kadai and roast the rava well in hot ghee on low flame. Stir continuously till the roasted rava becomes smells Aroma and starts to slightly change its colour.
Meanwhile take a pan add 1-1/2 cup suger add 2 cup water heat it till one string paka .Then add fried rava , milk power ,cashew nut , raisins and cardamom powder Stir the mixture continuously. Sugar & rava mixture.Keep on stirring the mixture on low flame for 3 minutes. Switch off the flame. and combine everything well.
Start binding the Ladoos 👉immediately before the mixture cools down.Apply little ghee on your palm✋ while binding the Rava Ladoos.
Take a small portion of the hot . Rava & sugar mixture and press down tightly in your fist and give a round shape and make Rava Ladoo.Garnish each Rava Ladoo with dry Raisins cashew nut while binding…ready to serve.
When its cooled store the Rava Ladoos in a clean and airtight container.You can keep this Rava Ladoos outside for a week.
