๐Ÿ” Chicken Spicy Legs. ๐Ÿ—

๐Ÿ’ Ingredients For Marinate

5-6 chicken legs ๐Ÿ—make slits all over sides
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp cumin powder
1/4 tbsp black pepper powder
1 pinch ๐Ÿคof turmeric power
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tbsp lemon juice. 1tbsp chicken kabab masala power
salt to taste

๐Ÿ’Other Ingredients

4 tbsp Oil
1tbsp chopped garlic
1 medium size Onion cubes
1 tbsp Maggie hot and sweet tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp maida
Handfull โœŠ of chopped coriander leaves
Few Chopped green chillies

๐Ÿ’Method

Take a large bowl chicken legs with all the above Marinate ingredients mix well. Refrigerate and allow to marinate overnight or marinate for at least 2 hours . ๐Ÿ’Here I marinate chicken ๐Ÿ’overnight.

Take a kadai . Heat oil 4tbsp add chopped garlic, Onion  sault few mins.and chicken legs ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ— pieces along with the left over marinade masala. Cook on high for 3-5 mins, at this stage add Maggie hot and sweet tomato sauce ,soya sauce & vinegar mix well & reduce the flame to low . Now take a  bowl  add 1 tbsp Maida diluted mixed with little water add to thicken the gravy mix well   cover the lid and cook for 8-10mins. Cook till the water evaporates.Ganish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Ready to Serve with ๐Ÿ‹ lemon wedgesโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿคค
