




Panner Masala With Hot Hot Chapathis
💁Ingredients for masala paste
3 medium roughly chopped onions
3 medium size tomato 🍅
4-5 soaked cashew nuts
1tbsp Pumpkin seeds
6 Byadgi red chillies
2 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
6- 8 garlic cloves
💁Ingredients for seasoning
3 tbps oil
200 gm Paneer Cubes
1 Bay leaf
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 /2 tbsp sugar
Handfull ✊ of chopped coriander leaves
💁Method
Take a pan add roughly chopped onions, soaked cashews, Pumpkin seeds seeds, Byadgi red chillies & green chillies ,ginger and garlic add 3 cups water cook for 8-10minutes.Simmer till the onions & 🍅 Tomatoes become soft. strain the stock and keep aside.
when its cooled, make a paste adding 1/4 cup of the strained water.
Heat 3 tbps oil in a pan.add bay leaf till they release their aroma in the oil.add the ground -paste and saute till the oil starts to leave the sides of the paste. then add the👉 Dry Spice Powders like Garam masala , jeera powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, kasuri methi, turmeric powder mix well.
Now add the strained stock+water, salt to taste and 1/2 tbsp sugar…Stir well and simmer for 10mins on a low flame or till the gravy thickens slightly.Stir and add the 👉200 gm Paneer Cubes & cover it for 2-3 minutes then Simmer till the paneer is observe masala flavour.
Garnish it with some coriander leaves Ready to Serve Hot With Chapati, Gari Gari Dosa, Rotis Or Naan…..🤗👌👌Anything Goes With This Panner Gravy…
