🌞 Sundried Curd Green  Chillies 🌶️ /Majjige Menasu/ Thellele Thakka Mirsangha

💁Stock For ☔ 🌧️Rainy Season.Sun dried chillies in curd Majjige Menasu Aewsome taste With Curd 🍚 Rice & Dal.

💁Ingredients

1 kg Green🌶️ chillies light colored which are less 💁 spicy.
4 cup sour 🤏buttermilk / 1 pack curd
2tbsp dry roasted methi power
2 tbsp jeera powder
Salt to taste

💁Method

Take chillies 🌶️ make a slit in middle , take  sour buttermilk /1 pack  curd add to it 1 cup water and make it thin &  add chillies to it  add salt as per taste, add dry roasted methi power & jeera powder close lid soak it overnight .

Next day remove chillies from curd and 🌞 sun dry it , after dried add it again to the leftover curd in the vessel and soak it overnight again and sun dry it next day.

This process to be done for a couple of 3-5 days .Though it looks simple, it is time taking. Then after this process 🌞 sun dry the chillies 🌶️ for 4 days till completely dry , store in airtight container.
