Ingredients
10 -12 Ripe mangoes /Gointo Ambo š„
4 Green chilliesĀ slit
2 whole Dry red chillies
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
Few curryĀ leaves
Jaggery ( as per your taste)
Oil
Salt
2 tbsp Maida
Method…
First Wash the Mangoes thoroughly . Peel the skin Keep aside add water š2- 3 timeĀ extract fromĀ the peeled mangoĀ juice well.Ā & squeeze itās pulp.
Take a pan add the extract Mangoes pulp water & add mango, salt, Jagger & slit green chillies. Give it nice boil till mangoes r cook soft. Now take a bowl add 2 tbsp Maida diluted mixed with little water add to thicken the gravy..mix well Give it nice boil.
Then take a small pan add oil ,mustard seeds, little few curry leaves & wholeĀ dry red chilli . Add the tempering Ambhya Upkeri. Ready to Serve…
