


Crunchy, Tangy, Yummy Bharwan Karela Stuffed Bitter Gourd Perfect Side Dish For Dal Rice aur 🍚 Curd Rice.
💁Stuffed karela one of my favorite Veggies.I know most of us hate Bitter gourd. You are not a huge fan of this veggies due to its 💁 Bitterness, try this recipe, your opinion 🤔 may be change.
Ingredients
3 piece / 1/2 kg bitter gourds choose big one
Water
Salt
Turmeric powder
💁For Stuffed Masala
1/2 cup fresh coconut 🥥
1/2 tbsp raw mustard seeds
1/4 tbsp pepper
5 – 6 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1-1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tbsp zeera
6 – 8 Bedagi red chillies as per ur spicy.
Salt
Half Lemon size Tamarind
💁For seasoning
2 tbsp Oil
2 chopped onions
Chopped handfull ✊coriander leaves .
💁Method
Wash & clean big size bitter gourd. cut into 1 & 1/2 inch or little bigger size roundels..💁You can also use whole small bitter gourds .if u r using small then slit the bitter gourd vertically with the help of knife & Stuffed Masala.
Take a pan add 3 – 4 cup of water add bitter gourd to Boil along with Salt and turmeric powder for 8 -10 mins.till they soften a little.💁This will to reduce the bitterness .Remove them from the water and removing the seeds with the help of 🥄 spoon & keep aside.
For Stuffing 👉Not required to dry roast.. ingredients.
In a mixi jar add coconut, red chilli, garlic cloves, ginger,mustard seeds, pepper,Tamarind, zeera ,coriander seeds & salt to taste..with little water in the mixer jar.The masala should be coarse but the ingredients should be 💁ground well.
Now take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add finally chopped 2 medium onion saute for few mins nicely … Now add ground masala mix it well for 5-8 mins till the raw smell off add chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the flame.Let it cool.
Stuff the above mixture into the Bitter Gourd.
Take 3 tbsp oil in a pan when it’s hot . Then put the stuffed pieces of bitter gourd. Shallow fry them on medium heat till they get crispy from all side. 💁Don’t add water to cook.
Ready to Serve it Enjoy With Rice & Dal / Dalitoy.
